I had a full body message from this "person" (she's not even licensed, doesn't even speak English....). As soon as she realized I am not a Chinese and don't speak Chines, she was setting up her head set to use her cell phone, now I think back.... This happened just like 1 minute into the session after she asked me something in Chinese, and I told her I don't speak Chinese. She was on her cell phone throughout the whole session (45 min) by using her hand free set, speaking in Chinese. While I am lying face down on a massage bed, she just carelessly press here and there (trust me, you can feel; someone's giving you a message with no care at all...). All of sudden, she just pressed down in full force with her thumb on my back neck area, before I had a chance to stop her, the damage was already done to my neck, just like that, in one second.



While she was chatting away on her cell phone, she didn't pay attention how much force she was pressing down on my back neck. Now, I have a neck pain which I had to go see a doctor and took X rays. I JUST HATE THIS LADY (she's not a masseuse !!!) She just couldn't wait to get out of the room as soon as she filled up 45min.



This clinic should be shut down, period!!! I found out later that none of the masseuses here are licensed. I don't understand how come no one's regulating.....



NOW I have to live with the pain in my neck......I am just so infuriated. I went to clinic to get better and this clinic / or this lady made it worse. I still can't believe and pinch myself "is this for real !!!, really !!!!" It's all "I should've stopped her and said something to her but then again, I was half naked lying facing down on a bed, shoud've had more courage.... for sure to say something to her face at the time!!!"



If I could give no star, I definitely would. This clinic doesn't even deserve one star.
