I went in to this florist and set my arrangements for my wedding. I had ordered 4 bridesmaid bouquets, my bouquet, 4 grooms men boutineers, 1 boutineer for the groom, 2 boutineers for the fathers and 2 corsages for the mothers. the day before my mother went to confirm the order and the owner reviewed the order with her and it was exactly what we had told her previously we wanted. My mom then paid for the order that the owner quoted her. The day of my wedding My bouquet was not what we discussed. It had no babies breath which I specifically asked for. It had too much green when I specifically told her I only wanted a little and my bouquet was tiny!! She only made 3 brides maid bouquets when I ordered 4!!! We had to take pieces for the other bouquets to make a small makeshift one. She did not make the corsages for the mothers or the boutineers for the fathers. And when we called her back to complain about this she told us that what we ordered was more than we gave her yet we paid her the price she quoted us. She did not bother to call us and let us know it was going to be more than expected!! She ruined my pictures that I cannot redo! She basically blamed us for not paying enough. She did not offer a refund of any sort. She stated the only thing she could do was give a $20 gift certificate!! I do not recommend her to anyone!! I will NEVER go to this place again!
