Provided by YPmobileFirst THEY cut the lock off my storage and tried to say that someone tried to break in. This is a lie because I had two locks on the unit and only one was cut or even tampered with. Next they raise the rent every six months and not just a little My last payment that I made on line wasn't credited properly. I tried four times to contact them by e-mail but the only address they give you just gives you a generic answer saying someone will contact you and they never do. This place wasn't great but it was good and cheap until it was bought out by Extra Space, then it quickly went downhill. yment
