on 4/16/18: The driver of the van is careless and drives recklessly. I saw him cut across the solid lane line and into the on rap of the freeway in order to get a few cars ahead in bumper to bumper traffic. This is an illegal lane crossing as well as just rude. Once he exited the freeway he was speeding down a residential road moving in and around cars almost hitting one. I would not put my grandmother or mother into this van.
