Horrible Customer Service. My Farmville game has been down for 14 days & Zynga doesn't seem to care. I spent "real" money on this game, still it does not seem to matter. I have even sent them a "certified" letter explaining my predicament - and still nothing. Zynga has some great games, but obviously they don't care very much about their customers.

Great games BUT LOTS OF PROGRAMMING ERRORS THAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT SEEMS TO CONSTANTLY IGNORE. If considering playing a Zynga game, DON'T!!!
