We maintain newspaper clippings and other published material on our clients as well as detailed biographical summaries on their hiring managers and organizational structure. That information is furnished to prospective candidates when they are initially prescreened for the client's opening. This enables the candidates to understand our clients from organizational, corporate and personality perspectives. We believe that responsive communications between all parties throughout the search process is extremely important. Once the interview process begins, we maintain constant communications between all parties so that if an offer is extended by one of our clients, the candidate is ready to accept.
