Actual purchase price of EVERYTHING is always SIGNIFICANTLY different from the sugar-coated quoted price online. I would be extremely careful with this company. Don't be naive. Besides, the company can NOT relate to customers' unexpected ordeal - a business is a business to them. My friend was having family emergency and was trying to work with Just Holiday for potential options. The company did not have sympathy at all and was unwilling to accommodate. The only option she had was having a significant penalty....She ended up paying for the entire cost of the trip that she would no longer be able to go to. Are all travel agents alike in dealing with customers' personal ordeals??
