V and G is run by a SOUR, SLEAZY, AND SURLY individual. He installed a Chamberlain Liftmaster for me in 2012 to the tune of $485 when the going rate was $400 - $425. I asked for a refund. He rudely blew me off. Recently the safety sensors stopped working. I sent pics to Chamberlain / Liftmaster and they noted they were very old. I contacted V and G and he blithely told me he routinely leaves old sensors in place if they're working and includes the new ones with the manual and the remotes. THIS WAS NOT TRUE IN MY CASE. PLUS THERE IS NO MENTION OF THIS ON HIS RECEIPT. HE AGAIN RUDELY BLEW ME OFF TELLING ME I'D WASTED HIS TIME ON A SERVICE CALL HE WOULDN'T BE PAID FOR. I strongly suspect he sold my sensors to some other poor soul in the same fix I'm in now. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM V AND G.
