It's the best and worst of what a restaurant can offer. The food is good, and the coffee is strong -- like it should be. Not that watered-down, weak stuff at most restaurants. But the service can range from good -- not great, but good -- to almost non-existent. We went there on Christmas, being it was one of the few places open that day. Our server asked if we needed another minute to order. Yes. And that means a MINUTE. Not 20 minutes later (literally -- I kept an eye on the clock) wondering where's our waiter to take the order. Finally another server showed up and asked if we had been served. I told her no, and we wonder what happened to the other server. She apologized and explained his shift ended, and is no longer there. (It would have been nice if he told us that, and said something to the effect that so-and-so will be your new server.) We never went back after that.
