This office not only charge high, they won't give you any guarantees. They try to cover themselves instead of thinking on behalf of their clients. They are also slow to response to phone calls or emails, you have to keep following up on matters if not you wont hear anything from them. I have a friend who has the same case as mine and she went with Garfinkel, and although Garfinkel charge more than Reeves, at least you get assurances and the service is top notch. With Reeves, I don't feel that they value client service, they acted, performed and behaved like a 'stereotyped' lawyer that the general public knows of. Another thing that I learned from my personal experience with this company is that on phone conversations, they will say one thing, and yet on subsequent conversations, they tell you differently, and when you asked why, they would either deny having said it (no proof as its not a recorded conversation), or give you excuses like oh, things or laws have changed since the last time they said it. What a coincidence!!! Worst is the fact that they would promise to do one thing for you to make you feel at ease and they won't deliver on this promise and saying that you actually don't need the documents. I also have to do a lot of research on my own during the latter part of my case as I lost my trust on this office as the case progresses, basically doing a lot of their work as they are not pro-active, you have to initiate a conversation for them to start doing things, if not, you won't even hear from them. The only reason I gave them a 2-star (half star would be the more appropriate rating considering the dollar for service value) is that my case did get a happy ending, but the path is a bumpy one including my relationship with the said firm. This would be my last transaction with this office. For anyone thinking of paying for their services, think twice, do your homework, check the internet, and don't just trust my word, I have talked to some people and generally I didn't hear anyone giving them an exceptional comments.
