I first called San Francisco Locksmith Store when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment last weekend. The service was swift, and the prices affordable. The technician who arrived, Ed, made some suggestions on improving the home security for free and didn’t pressurize me to use his services again. Happy with their service, I called them up again on of my own accord for an upgrade. The technicians were patient with my incessant inquiries and thoroughly explained what lacked and what could be done to fix it. The reasonable prices were an added plus to the excellent service. You should definitely try them out. Easily the best in San Francisco, CA!!

Used San Francisco Locksmith Store only yesterday to have two spare keys made for the front door lock. Scheduling services was easy I didn’t have to call them. All I did was drop them and I got a response confirming my request. The technician got there five minutes early and completed the job quickly. Hassle-free and affordable! He took extra time to ensure that we understood all the options available and helped us find the right solution. Once the installation was done, there was also a follow up to make sure that there were no issues. All in all, excellent service. The San Francisco community is lucky to have such talented men! San Francisco Locksmith Store is absolutely the best! This is the second time Ive worked with them and I couldnt be happier with the service provided. The first time I hired them was when I had issues with the front door lock. James went above and beyond to ensure that the new lock fit properly. It was quite a feat considering the fact the house was old and the previous lock had been in an extremely poor condition. When I first read through the avalanche of positive comments San Francisco Locksmith Store had, I was skeptical at first. No one could be that good, can they? All it took was a phone call for me to join their list of happy clientele Being quite particular about where and how I spend my money, I wasnt willing to pay the car dealership a hefty sum for a transponder key replacement. My friend, who has misplaced his car keys a gazillion times, sent out the link and asked me to get in touch. I wasnt sure how a locksmith would help me get new car keys, but I gave it a try anyway. Unbelievable! Mike just took 30 minutes to get the key made and it worked flawlessly. Dave from San Francisco Locksmith Store is an honest man in a mostly dishonest business. I asked him to help my mom out with the deadbolt on her door. He went out to San Francisco, CA without issue. I initially was expecting him to install a Medco lock with a new deadbolt but when he arrived he decided that all that was needed was some adjustments and he only charged us for service. He could have tricked my mom but he was honest and reliable. He actually arrived early. EARLY?!? How great is that? Dave, you are the man!!! Thank You. Jerry of San Francisco Locksmith Store came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! Jerry made adjustments, oiled the mechanism, and it seems as good as new. And the price was pretty reasonable! Good going, San Francisco Locksmith Store ! You're on our list of go-to people.

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from San Francisco Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are!

I recently contacted San Francisco Locksmith Store about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage.
