If there was a negative star, that would be the rats. All This one trick pony has to do is answer phone after hrs., a few phone calls before and a few phone calls after hrs. You think anyone with a half a brain understands that during those times, they represent a client who uses this service to avail themselves to the public. PARNASUS HEIGHTS does not know what customer service means. They are Very rude, short and major attitude. Come on, how hard is it to be polite with people you engage for a few seconds?? How hard is it to smile as you speak on the phone to say, "hello, I'm sorry, you have reach an after hour answering service, how can I assist you"?
