Dr. Melnick is great. I was not at all surprised to see her top-rated here. She is very warm and caring but also very thorough and conscientious.

I trust Dr. Melnick with my life as should anyone else !!!I was told she was the best to go to in San Francisco...she is an exceptional doctor ! But, an even more exceptional human being. Her demeanor, her incredible and genuine kindness and consideration towards her patients should be emulated by all doctors. She made what would normally be a most uncomfortable and embarrassing situation easy-going and natural. A true professional and an asset to California Pacfiic Medical Center. She did not bombard me with all kinds of medicines/tests like the other 'Specialists' did. She took the time to really find out what was the cause of my problem and how to resolve it - with the 'Right Tests'. I didn't have to end up using any medications at all. I just needed an over the counter fiber product (with no side effects) and to this day have not had any problems. I am forever indebted to Dr. Melnick for the recuperation of my health & my normal life.Go see her ASAP- you won't regret it.
