I was involved in a head-on type accident in the city at 2am. My insurance sent a tow to my location; when the tow guy arrived he asked me where I wanted it towed to. I live 60 miles away and while I had AAA, they would only cover about 5 miles. He recommended this shop, and said that he would have the shop tack on the tow fee as well as a taxi ride back home (over $200). Sounded too good to be true (as things usually are) but being out of options I went with it. The shop took about 5 days longer than estimated initially but Jay (the owner) made sure it was done before I had a trip to take. There were a few problem areas I found the next day when I gave it another inspection, mainly the non OEM hood fitting (Geico hardly ever pays for OEM parts) and a bit of orange peel on the bumper in some areas but that is all I've found so far. Plus they payed the deductible ($500) which was a huge plus. Color match on the paint was great and they cover all their work for as long as I own the vehic
