This is a cute little hotel. The rooms were better than we thought that they would be. We were pleasantly suprised. The only issue that we had was the parking. They provided parking, but if you were not one of the first people in, the parking spaces left were a very tight squeeze and if we had not had a small car, we would have had to find parking on the street. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay, and plan on staying there whenever we visit San Francisco. The parking isn't even a very big complaint, because they did provide it free of charge.
