On November 1, 2016 myself,the disabled victim of a violent crime, and my neighbor T.Flemming were interviewed by Jim Faye of the Legal Assistance to the Elderly who was going to write a letter to our landlord in regards to a problem with a nuisance neighbor.We have tried to contact Mr. Faye several times since then to see when he would actually write the promised letter, but he does not return calls, and when I emailed Mr. Levy, the outgoing program director on 11/17/2016, who responded that he would have Mr Faye contact me, he never did so.Several calls to Mr. Faye and to the new director, Ms.Laura Kiera(?) have gone without thesimple courtesy of a return call by either, simply to let me know that they would not beable to provide the promised assistance.On 12/14/2016, I took it upon me to visit their premise in person, where prior to theirstaff meeting I was met by a rude and belligerent Mr. Faye who informed me that eventhough this was such a simple matter that I could have written the requested letter myself he would go ahead and write it.I am still waiting
