i added a facebook gift card for 150 gold which is a 15 dollar card its not on my account and they are not paying up

Total: $15.00 USD my receipt and they still wont put my gold on my account removed id number for security purposes

This company is very unprofessional. If you play any of their games, expect to be screwed. I wrote a program so that users could play Battle Pirates in full screen and talk in comms, which has been a problem since they started making this game. Their response was to ban my account and my IP from their website.



Repeated e-mails of them either calling me and talking to me, or me calling them, has been ignored.



To all people who play at Kixeye, I suggest you stop playing, and never put a cent into this company. This company is a rip off and should be treated as such.
