Jelani House is a six to nine months residential treatment program for pregnant and post-partum women and their children who are up to the age of five. It serves intravenous drug users, substance abusers and homeless women, as well as single pregnant women with up to two children. Jelani House is offered by Jelani, which is a nonprofit community-based organization that provides substance abuse treatment for women, women with children, pregnant and postpartum women, as well as men with children and families through its various treatment programs.
