When visiting our elegant studio, you will notice it is inviting, spacious and clean. Each class has a maximum capacity of 16 clients for a greater personal attention with our instructors. We focus on total-body sculpting classes and functional movement that strengthens the core, improves mobility, and challenges your muscles in a whole new way. All of our classes utilize what we call the “fusion method” where we fuse together the best aspects of Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Resistance Training. We also focus on moving “mindfully” and encourage clients to really connect with bodies and notice what they are experiencing in the workouts.
