Can't tell you if the flowers are pretty or not because they refused to deliver to the Presidio after accepting my online order. They didn't call me to inform me, they called my girlfriend and told her she needed to come pick them up- they also told her they were from me, completely ruining any sort of surprise. When I called to dispute the $15 delivery charge, the woman refused on account that they attempted to deliver them (albeit to the wrong address). Terrible customer service, I pay to have my girlfriend go pick up her own flowers on her birthday.
