I have been using Don Bell for the last 4 years since my dad died. He does the taxes on a complicated bypass trust. He answers all my questions, and I have the confidence the 1041 is being done correctly. I researched it, and most tax preparers won't even touch 1041's because they are complex. I also love having a reason to go to the historic Mills Building where he is located.

I can't believe there are no reviews for Mr. Bell. In my life, I've had perhaps 3 accountants. Don is by far and away a "thought leader" in his industry. He adds what I would call the three primary components a client wishes to have: 1) update to date and deep knowledge of the ever changing face of tax laws, 2) applies that knowledge to maximize all legal exemptions to your return, 3) has the personality and, dare I say charm, to put a client at ease during these difficult times. The times are getting better for many people, and Don will provide intuition and insight to these movements in our economy. You may take my word for this, or wiser citizens would establish an appointment with his office. Please tell him Marty sent you if you wish. His favorite lunch restaurant will not take you back very much.
