Airbnb unfortunately has unethical practices. They do not publish negative reviews of a vacation condo/rental which means that you may not truly know what you are getting yourself into. The condo we rented out was listed as a 5 star which was an exaggeration as are many on their site. Also, if one wants to edit a review, they will not permit this, even if a mistake was made. The customer service is quite poor.
