I ordered a Roku stick on-line and the website said that the product was in stock at the San Dimas location. It said that it would be available by 2:00p.m. I paid with my gift card and additional money I paid with my debit card.

My husband went to the store to pick up the item he was told that it wasn't available yet but to return to pick up in 2 hours.

When he returned a different employee said to check our email and there was one sent indicating that they were out of stock.

So my husband asked for his money back and they said they could only give him another gift card by way of an email and the remaining money would be credited to my debit card.
So my husband drove over to Best buy and picked one in stock up for a few dollars less.

I read the email after he returned home and it said that he could have requested it to be delivered in 3 days, with free shipping. The employee didn't even provide that information. We could have waited for the delivery instead of making multi trips and spending more money on gas, and the frustration and inconvenience.

Further more, he was told about the gift card and credit being sent by 3 days and we have yet to receive a credit on my card or a gift card.

I tried more than 10 calls today, 3 days later to try and reach customer service or ANY department and I was cut off or the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering.

What a pathetic way of doing business. We pay more for things and we get less!! We receive less courtesy respect, help, professional demeanor, attitude and most annoying someone who actually answers the phone or returns phone calls.

I would if I can avoid it ever return to the Target in San Dimas.

This Target store has been my favorite for years. The store is clean, excellent customer service, and more often than not, they have the sales items I am looking for in stock.

This Target location is the cleanest Target I have ever seen. I won't shop at the other locations. They should all strive to be like this location.
