Mr. Small received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California,Hastings College of the Law in 1970. In 1971 he received the designation of Certified Public Accountant. In 1991 he was awarded the designation of Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils("NAEPC"). From 1970 to 1972,Mr Small specialized in tax matters with the accounting firm Arthur Young & Co.(now Ernst and Young). From 1972 through 1985 he was a member of a San Diego business & real estate law firm. Since 1985, he has been a principal at the Law Offices of Harold S Small and also was a partner in the law firm of Lorenz,Alhadeff,Lundin & Oggel.
