This store has everything! The best part is that it deals 99.9 % in comic books as opposed to have anything under the sun in it. The walls and shelves contain so many years of American history that you can almost refer to it as a library. The owner Greg is one of the coolest too. Every month they carry a theme wall. When I did the interview theme was the internationally known Green Hornet. For comic book lovers it would almost be a crime to not check out that theme for yourself every month.

Places like this remind me why I buy my comics online.



I always wanted to go into this place, but it never happened for one reason or another. Myself and all my friends have bought comics online for years. I miss going to a store and roaming the boxes, and I always said I would check this place out. Everyone told me not to bother. Well finally I learned why.



The place might have some great stuff, but the guy that runs it is a prick. The atmosphere is creepy, cramped and unfriendly. It feels like you could get stabbed at any moment. Comics are supposed to be uplifting, and escape from crap like this. So, do to the unfriendly douche behind the counter, I will never go to this store again, nor will I recommend this store to anyone.



San Diego probably has a good comic book store somewhere, and now I am even more inclined to find it.
