I've been attending Rosie's classes since over two years now. If my Spanish is not "perfect", it's solely due to my lack of focus. Rosie's classes are efficient and fun. Course books are very good, additional reading material is well selected to be educational, beyond just language aspect, and her class is always animated w/ discussions on various topics (in Spanish of course). The sequence of topics & reviews adapted to keep (my) grammar & vocabulary afloat. For those of you interested in discovering Mexico, the bonus part is all sorts of events organized by Rosie, including fiestas, frequent trips to Baja and more. I had no idea how lucky I was when I picked the Saber Center a few years back.

Rosa Lilia, the owner and instructor of Saber Spanish Language Cultural Center is an excellent model of Spanish because she is a native Spanish speaker. As an advanced learner of Spanish I find the Spanish book club very stimulating both intellectually as well as a good source of learning new vocabulary. Rosa Lilia does an excellent job guiding the story discussions and helping each individual improve their knowledge of Spanish.

I did tell one of my good friends about the reading group, Club de Lectura that I recently joined! The group is led by Rosa and I am learning so much, as well as enjoying her leadership and being with the others. Rosa is an excellent leader-she engages each of us in discussion of the book, even though we are different levels. She has a passion for Spanish literature and is most knowledgeable. I appreciate her patience, good sense of humor, and positive attitude. I would recommend her highly for Spanish instruction at any level without hesitation! Judy Adams
