Someone came out to install our Raingutters with no work order. I gave him my copy & he still only completed half the job. After calling several times we spoke to the owner who couldn't care less that we were unhappy with the work. He reluctantly scheduled another appointment, which they didn't keep. When I called, I spoke to the owner again to tell him his crew never showed up to which he replied, "oh really." He didn't offer to make things right, he didn't apologize, he was rude and unprofessional. The only reason why the work was completed was because of his manager who is a good guy who works for someone who obviously doesn't care about his paying clients. Beware!
