The crew provided by Pacific Homeworks, lead by Mark, to install the exterior Cool Wall Super Coat was in all ways outstanding. They were at all times professional, knowledgeable, and excellent workers. Their activity caused the minimum disruption to my normal household routine. They were so efficient that at times it was quite easy to forget they were even on site. The crew showed up promptly and immediately went to work with the minimum "lost motion". I would, without reservation, strongly consider them for future needed work of the various groups I have interviewed and considered.

Our experience with Pacific Homeworks began with a simple phone call to set the appointment. My husband and I have two disabled children, are very busy during the week, and were happy that Pacific Homeworks was willing to set an appointment on the weekend. The sales agent spent quite a bit of time with us, answering our many questions, resolving our concerns, and ultimately obtaining financing for our roof repair. The extensive repairs that were required for our roof "tear down" began on schedule and to our surprise, took only one week to complete. The workers were courteous, friendly and very willing to adjust things to accommodate our family's special needs. This was important for my husband and I, as we have an autistic child whom could not tolerate the noise and activity we feared would be involved in roof repair. The team of roofers whom worked on our home took extra steps to make their work less of an invasion upon our son's life. Our autistic child had no complaints and even expressed how nice the workmen were. My husband and I were very happy with the high quality end result. Our once disheveled concrete tiles, dilapidated and improperly installed flashing, and water damaged eaves, in just one week, was transformed into a beautifully structured roof which is withstanding rain with ease, as it is meant to. We are planning to remodel one of our bathrooms and we feel very confident that we will be eliciting the help of Pacific Homeworks in the very near future! From the first appointment, where many options for repair were presented, through to the last inspection by the contractor, Pacific Homeworks has impressed my husband and I with their excellent customer service as well as their high quality performance. I am extremely happy with your company. Aaron Beavers was excellent demonstrating the benefits of both your cool coat exterior and replacement widnows. He touched all the bases and I felt very confident he knew the product he was presenting and not just trying to make a sale. The two jobs were done at different times and I felt that both crews were very efficient, professional and the quality of work was outstanding. I will definitely use your company again for any future projects and highly recommend you to family and friends.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work your crew did on our kitchen. We are pleased with the quality of workmanship your men did on the overall design and attention to detail they exhibited. I want to especially commend your worker Carlos Alvarez for the work he did. He worked on placement and reinforcement of the cabinets, the molding around the cabinets, and the plumbing under the sinks as well. He worked around difficult problems and came up with good solutions. Mr. Alvarez also displayed good supervisory skills as well as follow through. He showed very good technical skills at his work and attention to detail. My wife and I were impressed with his work ethic and his customer relations. When I or my wife had a question regarding any aspect of what was being worked on, Mr. Alvarez was responsive with what was going on, and his timeliness was also much appreciated.

Yuor company installed our patio cover, and we are very satisfied! It is a good-sized design, with a "sky light" strip running fown the middle. The patio cover has stopped the chronic leaking experienced with my previous patio cover. It also looks attractive and provides goodlight. Dolan was a top notch project manager, the work was done quickly and efficiently, He kept me posted on status throughuot the project, and the clean up was done well. I appreciate the good work done by PHW!

The window installers were great and the salesman Daryl was excellent. He was very helpful and informative. He appeared very honest and upfront. Me and my husband felt like he wasn't trying to take advantage of us and he wasn't pushy. We definitely would recommend Pacific Homeworks to family and friends.

Your company has been so beneficial to me, you guys did a stucco job and put a new roof for us the year before my husband passing away. Pursuing this event I felt more comfortable in my home not having to worry about doing any major maintenance in the near future. Your company has always been good about customer service and standing by your product. This is very much appreciated by your customers. Thank you for your time.

We just want to express our gratitude for the great work that Pacific Homeworks did on our new roof. They completed the project in three days and the roof looks amazing. Also, what's even more amazing is the 50 years warranty. The people were professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. We will highly recommend PHW to our family and friends.

PHW stands behind what they sell. In 2003 I had a customer who I sold a product to for the exterior of his house called Tex-Cote. It was installed in 1 week, and he was very satisfied. Jump forward to 2010- He was contacted by PHW to ask about doing other home improvements, he agreed to meet regarding his kitchen. Upon my arrival I asked him how Tex-Cote was holding up. He said "he was very happy with it, however ther was a small crack forming at the base of his wall". I lookat at it and there was a small crack and the color had shockingly really faded, not just there but all over. I told him I would get the service tech out to fix the crack, and then spoke with him about the kitchen. He was so happy with PHW, he ordered a new kitcken to be built. The next day I spoke with Will Redfield about the fade issue and was extremely concerned that all the jobs I sold years prior we're going bad. Will very casually explained that every product has a failure rate. I just happened to stumble opon one such issue. Will then asked me to go back to Ken and have him pick any color he would like his house to be, PHW was going to (at their expense) re-do the job. My client never actually complained about the fade, yet PHW was going to re-do it? I know, it sounds too good to be true. All companies wait for a complaint before acting. Some deny it a few times at first, or try to up sell the job to recoup some of the costs, but not in this case! The color was picked and the work was done. He was happily surprised we did what we did, and so was I. Now when I walk into a prospective customers home I know this company is the BEST BET for them and will stand behind what I sell and they install. I am a believer beyond belief. I have since had PHW install Tex-Cote on my house. If the company will put their money where their mouth is, so would I. Thank you Pacific Homeworks for not only being a good company, but for helping me support my family by giving me the success needed to do so, for many years now.

The two gentlemen who were sent to my home to replace the old windows for the new energy efficient windows have done a superior and efficient installation of my windows.

They were very meticulous and thorough to explain the quality of the material and the terms of the contract. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the final measurements were also very courteous and professional.
