Linda Vista Village is a manufactured home park with 220 units. There is a friendly onsite manager and well as employees that manage the upkeep and maintenance of the park. The park is leased by the City of San Diego to Inspire Communities. Since 2007, a Home Owners Association has been helping the residents through any means necessary.

I have lived in the park for a little over two years with my mom and I must say that I would recommend this park to everyone.

Well maintained landscape, it has a diversity of ages and mostly older which is nice cause no loud parties. There are kids on their scooters, which is nice makes it feel like a community. As for dogs and Cats, never seen any cats and but there a lot of dogs from yappy Chihuahua to nice a quiet big dogs. Most of the neighbors are nice and quiet and awesome. And now the Downside, yes folks there’s a reason for this low star rating, The Property Manager, Not Friendly, not a people person, bad attitude, not helpful and rude. She never answers the phone or return your phone calls. And as for Security they don’t help at all, phones never work when you need them to get a hold of them, and there robot response is we will tell the Property Manager and don’t worry she will never address and continue on with her job. Also I own a Trailer and there is a location for trailer park which is very nice to have, but also need a sign for hours, so people do not disturb other neighbors. Also spots are not lined and not maintained roads pretty little rocky.
