This is a review of my experience with MAURICIO TOLEDO and his co-installer JORGE. I purchased Pergo laminate flooring in the Coastal Pine back in June from The Home Depot and got a great deal on a discount on the flooring and installation. The project was originally estimated to take 3-4 days and when it was finally scheduled for October (the delay was per my request), they said it would be 2 days. The job took 3 days because not only did they have to remove the carpeting and bathroom vinyl, but some of the concrete needed to be re-done to make it level which takes drying time. I was fine with this and I told Mauricio I wanted them to take time to get the job done right and didn't want them to feel rushed.

Mauricio and Jorge arrived early each morning and put in a full day's work, were totally professional and focused on their job, and cleaned up after their work each day. Both men were courteous, pleasant and respectful, explained what they were doing and why when I was in my condo and Mauricio kept me informed by being available by cell phone. Mauricio is a very sweet man and Jorge is very nice too. I felt happy and comfortable having them in my home. They both went the extra mile and helped me out by doing things I was unable to do myself. Both have wonderful work ethics and attitudes.

THE INSTALLATION THEY DID IS AMAZING! They did a fantastic job, paid attention to detail, and I love my new flooring so much!

Installed carpet. They were fast and efficient. They explained prior to installing everything, cleaned up and were very nice. Would do business again with them.
