A few of my friends and myself starting going here to tan. First, they never change their bulbs. They did it once in a 3 month span. No wonder we weren't getting any color. so, we cancelled our memberships. Guess what. They kept taking out the money. My one friend said he wasn't going to bother with it since they only did it once, but I called and alerted them to the mistake and the manager wouldn't return my calls. I never got my refund. Then, i talked to a customer at work and they had the EXACT same problem with them!! And they wouldn't refund his money!! So buyer beware; these guys do this on a regular basis and you will NOT see your money ever again. Spend your money somewhere where they value the customers and not where they rip people off on purpose just to make a quick buck.
