Explaining laws and regulations through a series of practice tests provides an opportunity for you to get familiar with successful test-taking procedures as well as learn the laws governing the California contracting industry. Class material and discussion is based on questions from state exams as well as material designed to explain the state topics and laws. Participation and discussion is encouraged in the classroom, and individual assistance is always available simply by calling or making an appointment.

These guys are great, I have been working with them for years and they have always been very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. I passed the state test really easily, and the class explained things that I didn't understand before, plus you can ask questions in class.



When I passed the test, they did all my paperwork to get my License issued and wrote my bond (three years ago), and they have always worked at getting me better rates when my credit wasn't so good.



I will recommend Golden State to anyone who wants a Contractors License, not just because they're good, but because they go beyond good, and provide a real service!
