Jonathan & Michael came to our rescue when we needed our boardroom to be more than just a big table and a white board. The transformation was incredible. Nice clear audio(which is really important to me because I do alot of sales conference calls), a huge flat screen, audio & high def video conferencing (amazing, amazing, amazing picture quality), and a smart board all tied into a system that even I can control on one touch panel. The coolest things about the whole system to me though are the connections that pop up right out of our conference table & the iPad controller they just put in recently.



We looked at several of the big A/V companies in town before we hired Commercial Satellite, but between "design" charges & engineering fees & commissions for the high powered salesman they sent out, it was significantly more than we paid Jonathan, Michael and their crew. The end result was person attention to what WE wanted the system to do for us and a system (& a day of training) designed around our lack of technical expertise. Sometimes smaller IS better.



They even took my calls on the weekend when I "broke" things while I was playing with the controls, came right out and didn't charge me a dime to reprogram it. Which was good since it would have come out of my pocket. Best customer service I have ever seen.



I cant recommend them highly enough. They are the best. Thanks guys.

Beware!! This company has no compassion for the business they are contracted too. They will find a way to over bill you on either hours worked on the job or the product sold. The customer service is at its worse and you are never right. Even the owner himself will talk you down and degrade you and your business if he feels you are confronting him about his and his staff and his crews work ethics. Very dishonest and has a dirty mouth. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Criminals!!
