Daniel changed a faucet for us. Not an easy change due to problems with previous installation. He did a great job and was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company and Daniel.

As a member of Scott's networking group, as well as his bookkeeper, maybe I got special treatment, but Scott, Larry and Solomon are my heroes! Our sump pump (which I later learned is known better as a sewer pump) died, and Scott went out of his way to get a new one before the supplier closed on a Friday night, then he and Larry got it installed. There was still a blockage AFTER the pump, so Solomon came out the next day, and eventually found a dog bone stuck in the check valve (which is probably why the pump died, just couldn't push stuff past that, no matter how long it ran!). I can totally see our Rottweiler deciding he was thirsty, and dropping his bone in the toilet to get a drink, despite the water bowl right next to the toilet! Not sure how that got through the bends in the toilet, or how long it's been in the system without causing a problem, but thankfully it's just a memory now. Solomon, a plumber for Black Mountain Plumbing, did neat, quick, and quality work. He gave us valauble advice for our future plumbing needs and was very honest about the work that needed to be done. He represents Black Mountain Plumbing well, and we plan to use the company's services in the future.
