Continuously provide me with great service. They communicate, so that I absolutely know what is going on and give great tips to extend the life and time in between maintenance trips.

Our son is going to college in San Diego and needed some car repairs so he took it to Scott and team and they were WONDERFUL!! Extremely knowledgeable and effiecient! Got our son's car going! We will definately go back! It's nice to find trustworthy people!! Thank you!

Drove from Phoenix to San Diego on a friday. Fuel pump goes out about a mile from the shop. Called A-Street on a Friday night after 6. Scott said he would wait for me to be towed over. Diagnoised the fuel pump issue and repaired it the next day. Allowed me to pick on Sat nite.



Totally saved my weekend. The cost was more than expected, then again he is a prime spot, had the best review on the internets, provided me a tow reference, fixed it in one day.



Gotto enjoy the rest of the weekend. Truck runs good - got back to Phoenix.

I was stuck today after jury duty as I had left my parking lights on. When I returned, the battery was dead in my red Miata. After a quick search, I found your shop around the corner and Scott grabbed a charger and walked over to my car and got me on my way. I want to thank you very much for the assistance, and you were even refusing payment that I offered. Thanks again, your shop and Scott is the greatest.

They came and jump started my truck and followed me to their shop. They were able to get me a new battery in no time, and for a decent rate! I have been to these guys in the past and I have always felt like they have taken care of me and never quoted me more than it should be. They explain everything and are very personable. I have recommended friends to them many times and everyone who has left their shop has said the same thing...Grade A Service!!

I went here because my little BMW z3 was making a funny scratchy noise, and you have to understand that I'm a blond little white girl who has no clue about cars, and would have paid anything these guys asked me to. They checked out the sound for me, discovered it was simply a hardware part bent out of place,bent it back, and I had it back the next day! They are the most honest, trustworthy auto company that I have ever dealt with, I felt so well taken care of that i could have been my own dad. Thank you for taking care of me!

"The first time I stopped at A Street Auto Service, the owner Scott fixed the failed ground on my BMW taillight in ten minutes for free when the dealership wanted me to replace the whole assembly for about $300 for each side. I was working in the downtown area and needed a place to fix some vacuum tubes on an engine that I had just replaced in my car. These guys had it running smooth and sweet in just a little time and for just a few bucks. I enjoyed the experience.

Of course my car broke down when I was visiting San Diego from out of town. My husband and I gave Mike a call first thing the next morning. They were busy but very accommodating as they scheduled us for that afternoon. Once they found the problem, Scott let me know they needed a part from LA and would need my car overnight. They were clear with explaining the problem (a/c compressor), gave a precise estimate and even provided a loaner (especially helpful and didn't hinder our vacation!)We were leery in just taking the car to anyone- especially out of town. We were impressed with the professionalism and respect we received from A Street! I think they are trustworthy and running a fair business in an industry which can't always be trusted. Thank you!

These guys are outstanding. I had been looking for a reputable mechanic in San Diego for a couple years now....the search is over. I have a BMW 330i, which needs frequent routine and not so routine work. BMW of San Diego was a nightmare. Scott & Co. are extremely affordable, very well informed about their business and most importantly to me, punctual. When they tell me my car will be ready on Thursday....it is! I can't tell you how refreshing that is! A Street Auto is a life saver.
