Egan and Gary did a fabulous job installing out attic fan this morning. They were courteous, fast and efficient. They cleaned up and were out of here before we expected. Thank you Triton for training your people so well. We will continue to use your services!

I would like to compliment you on your sales and installation personnel: Sean, Ron and Justin. Their customer service attitude and professionalism are a tribute to your company. When I was working, I always noted that a company's attitude and culture was set from the top. Obviously you have been able to do that. I had a new furnace installed last year to replace my 22-year old one. Sean informed me that the size of that furnace was not to code and you could not just add on AC. When Ron and Justin removed the old furnace, they found that they would have to build a new base and make it code-compliant. The extra work and effort they did with a very complete and professional result. An additional problem I ran into was that I wanted to donate the year-old furnace to Habitat. I had a problem setting it up with Habitat and at the last moment I got Brandon to save the old furnace and Sean volunteered to donate it for me. You can't find dedicated people like that unless they believe in the company.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable contractor who completes their work on time, protects your home interiors/exteriors and cleans up after the work is done, contact Triton Air. Egan, Jeremy C. Jeremy N. and Justin arrived on time, worked outside in non-stop rain and inside a tight attic to get my unit installed as promised. Highly recommend Triton to others.

Had a problem with my A/C dating back to 08/07/2015, it was blowing hot air. All the technicians that I used to help fix the problem Ric, Ron C. , and Jeremy N., were knowledge, able to give me options, and after a week of running the A/C 24/7 I can now say it is fixed. Brandon was also most helpful in scheduling the work to be done as fast as they were able to assign a technician and acquire the parts needed. I will have no problem recommending Triton to others and will call them again should I have any additional problems.

When it comes to service oriented businesses such as Triton Air, it really comes down to customer service. The parts and work are generally the same. The only area where you can set yourself apart from the competition is through customer service and Triton Air is obviously aware of this as it is their customer service that sets them miles apart from their competition. Thank you for a very professional experience regarding the repair of our A/C unit!

Had Triton Air install a new central heat & AC system in my house. Workmanship was excellent. They hung the furnace and duct-work from the roof trusses in the attic making for a quiet system with no ceiling vibration. Also purchased their 3 year service contract, which was reasonably priced. They come twice a year for preventative maintenance and always show up on time.

Though we haven't used them they gave us an excellent referral to Restoration #1. Triton was professional and helpful, we will use them when we need them.

Once again we were amazed by the great service provided by Triton Air. We were very satisfied with the level of service provided and commend this company for always having great technicians. This time it was Ric W., who was efficient, explained everything that needed doing and was just a pleasure to deal with. Triton Air never fails to provide exceptional customer service - that's why we always call them for any heating or air conditioning issue was have at our home or at our rental properties.

I'd like to take this opportunity to commend and recommend Triton Air for their professionalism, politeness, and outstanding work ethic. My wife and I were introduced to Triton Air during a major remodeling project. They replaced our dated system with an energy efficient heat pump at a very honest price. Triton Air has also been to our home twice for yearly maintenance service. During instillation and our service calls, we were treated with respect, exceptional manners, and superior service. In our current time, it is refreshing to find a company whose top priority is to please their customers.

We have had Triton Air out twice now. The first time was about a year ago to put a new zone in our house to regulate our heat. The second time was to service our tank less water heater. Ric came out and he was just great.



We highly recommend Mike (owner), Ric and all the rest of the crew at Triton Air. Prompt, courteous, honest and reliable. Not to mention GREAT WORK!

We recently had our furnace replaced and a new air conditioning unit installed. Despite a heavy work load with the current heat wave, they got John out to our home quickly for a quote. He was very professional and informative; walking us through the necessary upgrades in our home and helping us select what units would best suit our needs. The quote he put together was very detailed and easy to understand, and the pricing was competitive. The installers, Brian and Aaron, were also very friendly and professional. They took great care and the pride they have in their work is obvious. During the install it came to light that the builder had taken several short-cuts and the guys took the initiative to fix all of the problems at no extra charge to ensure that everything was brought up to code and our home was configured in the most efficient manner possible. Brian and Aaron went above and beyond expectations and provided the highest level of customer service we've ever experienced. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Triton Air for any HVAC needs you might have, and will be using them for all our future needs.

I recently had Triton Air replace my HVAC system. I could not be more pleased with their service. From quote to install, it was a pleasure to do business with Triton Air. I recently had a problem with my furnace, and Triton Air came highly recommended to me. I was given a fair and reasonable estimate and had the work scheduled for the following week.



The crew that came to my home was professional and couteous., and completed the work with over-the-top work. Great crew, great company, and I would recommend them highly to all my friends and business associates.

I had Triton Air install a new HVAC system, replace my old duct work and add a vent to my house about 3 years ago. Everything went smoothly and the installers were courteous, efficient and friendly. I realized immediate savings in my energy bills. Flash forward to a couple of months ago, when I discovered that the A/C unit had died. The coil needed to be replaced, an event, I was assured, is a rare occurrence. Fortunately, I discovered that the unit itself was under warranty and the parts would be replaced at no charge to me. However, the labor involved in replacing those parts was not covered! Admittedly, I was concerned at first, but Mike, the owner of Triton Air, gladly stepped up to the plate and waived the installation charge to insure that the entire change-out had no out-of-pocket expense to me. I was thrilled by his service and devotion to customer satisfaction! I would recommend Triton Air to anyone that is considering repair or replacement of their HVAC system. They are honest and reliable!

Triton replaced my air conditioner. Their salesperson was someone who had actually worked in the field prior so he was able to tell me exactly what to expect and was was possible and where we might experience problems.



The two gentlemen who installed the unit were on time, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They improved the way some of the pipes were placed on the unit in the garage even though it wasn't part of the initial estimate.



I would recommend them to all my friends, family and business associated.

Triton was punctual, friendly and very capable. We replaced our old furnace, and added a new air conditioning system and ducts. The work was very clean, the staff was very personable and the system works great. Would recommend.

I am from out of town, so had no idea who to call for air conditioner repair on a relative's unit. I am very pleased with Triton's friendliness and service. Pete was the technician who came out; he gave us written estimates for all work and explained exactly what we needed, what was now no longer up to code, and what might need work in the future. I appreciated his thorough, articulate explanations.

I have been using Triton Air for my computer datacenter air conditioning needs for about 5 years. I started using them during an emergency, when our two 5-ton Carrier A/C units iced-up and stopped cooling about 100 computer servers. We could not reach our regular A/C vendor on a weekend night, and started to panic. Mike (the owner) of Triton Air dropped what he was doing and subsequently fixed our unit within 30 minutes of arriving. They continue to impress me with each project I give them. A real professional company, and highly recommended from a business owner and property manager.
