We were expecting a used treadmill (used meaning paint scratched, fading, or at least some wear and tear... The unit arrived boxed when they opened it to assemble it, we thought there was a mistake. The unit look brand new (completely powder coated, new stickers, and beyond excellent shape). Thanks again Fit-Med!
