Unfortunately we hired Blaine to upgrade our energy panel. He argued the entire job and wanted to do the easiest quickest job he can get away with down to where we wanted the grounding rod. He attached the energy box to our stucco and put all the wires in the smallest hole in the panel through the stucco. When inquired about where to put future wires he replied " drill I new hole through the stucco" and run the wires through that. Not only did we have to hire a new person to take it all apart and start over but we needed a new permit and have the electric company out to dislocate the power from the street. The job was so bad when we hired our new guy and he took the panel apart the sticky labels where found still inside the sealed unit. Go elsewhere if you don't want it done twice.
