I had a business lease for them for two years. Paid my rent on time, every time (except when their system was down once or twice) and I think I was overall a good tenant. I was promised internet at the beginning of the lease. I was never able to service the unit, despite multiple visits from Comcast and dozens of hours of phone calls and effort (included repeated messaged to 2B). Obviously, this is a nightmare for either a business or home address.

Unfortunately the 2B agent I dealt with agent was either dishonest or misinformed when I called halfway through the lease trying to finally resolve this issue (and not have to continue to tether on my phone), as she told me that no other units in the building had this issue.

When I met the agent for a final inspection he told me the unit was in "excellent condition" and that he was sorry to hear that I'd been having internet issues in the building--and that I was not their only tenant to have these issues. Hmmmm.... that was not what told before, lol. I love not being told the full story!

At the end of my lease they overcharged me for every possible thing they could, including spot painting, that I was told would be covered verbally when I signed the lease--"oh we will take care of that, don't worry about it," in the context of what was reasonable modification to the unit (without charge). Unfortunately this was one of the more negative experiences I've had with a commercial landlord who overcharged for barely any wear on the unit (other than a few spots on the wall--only one of which was of any significance) and who didn't fulfill the conditions of the contract.
