my 72 year old father and blind mother bought a phone from the store about a week ago. he's been having nothing but problems with the phone. Every store he went to told him that the phone he has is unregistered.So in order to solve the problem he went back to the other store, he told the lady about all his problems that he was having with the phone. she then proceeded to call him a liar, when my father got upset being called a liar multiple times and than told him she was not going to replace the defective phone. He than asked for his money back, she then proceeded to call the police. When the police got there she than began to fabricate the story. I went to the store to retain the address, as I walked into the store I was greeted with nothing but rudeness. Mind you I was not with my parents earlier today so she did not know who I was. I was not rude to her.
