I coach softball and a booster club member for football. We have always ordered trophies/awards from Trophy House. Qulity and service has always been great. Thank you guys

I entrusted a friend with a knife that was a gift from my father. He was to upgrade it with exotic hardwood handles and give it a thinner look and feel which is not a simple task for several reasons, I was impressed with other items he has done and felt confident i could trust him and is skills work on this special item. To make a long story short he did a fantastic job on fabricating new handles with very expensive South Africa black hard wood and polished and brushed Brass, however to put the finishing touches by having my initials engraved, he took it to the Trophy House in San Bernardino California were they basically ruined a very special and not replaceable gift from my father. I am the vice president of a very large company and we have several requests to have nameplates and several other items that need to be engraved. Being my friend had just retired and showed an interest in doing these types of things I will be sending all my business to him with the understanding that he does not use the trophy house not only because of this item they ruined, it’s because the way they treated him after very significant error. These errors in customer service cause this business to lose the potential profitable account.
