I never write reviews but as a human being I am obligated to make any attempt to spare others the torture I went through at this office. I over looked the worn down infectious look of the San Bernardino office because I was returning from a trip and tooth was in pain. I was rescheduled twice and the third time they wanted to reschedule me out a week later, I expressed concern about continued use of pain medication, so I was given a next day date....THAT IS WHEN THE REAL PAIN BEGAN; the owner extracted my tooth as he jerked, pulled, twisted my face took a phone call, told the assistant "I can't spend all day on this", he then broke the tooth and sawed it and continued on with torturing me. I HONESTLY felt like a POW being punished for war crimes. It was the most inhumane experience I have endured in my 60 plus years on earth! I must say the support staff are professional and kind, unfortunately service does not began and end with them. Do not use this dentist and for God's sake NEVER take your CHILDREN here. Three days later my entire face still hurts!
