The shipper made a big explicit show over keeping a tracking number which I was anxious to know. Why shouldn't I? The delivery company sent a local representative to deliver an overnight document which I had been waiting for almost a month to get. The employee seized on the opportunity to take it out on me for taking too long to open the front door as he already caught sight of me peeking out of the window while driving into the driveway. Just as soon as he gave me a signature equipment to look at, he brutally scolded me for holding the machine the wrong side up, and stepped over me again for daring to scratch the screen on the gadget. Something fish is going on! Fed Ex surely knows how to go overboard!
