So I call this place on Saturday around 10: 30 AM. The guy who picks up the phone does not speak english & takes my number, says the english speaking guy will be there in 30 mins & he'll call me. An hour later no one calls me back, I call back the "english speaking" guy picks up. He said he had a repair to do, before he can come out and check out my stove & how much it would cost. He told me he would be about 2 hours. I said "Can you call me when you're heading out here because I have stuff to do." He said, "sure." HE NEVER CALLED, HE NEVER CAME. I sat at home waiting for him to come when I had other stuff to do. DON'T DEPEND ON THEM TO COME AND GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE! THEY WILL NOT COME BECAUSE YOUR BUSINESS IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY!
