I buy most of my furniture from BCS furniture. I'm very happy with their service. The store carries both high end and low end. Their sale man is very kind and made me happy.

I purchased furniture from them and it came in the wrong color, not only that but I waited 6 months for additional pieces that I ordered, I called and visited repeatedly, I asked for my money back and it was not refunded, finally I went to ask for it again and they pulled the item and gave it to me. I have to assemble it myself, when I paid for delivery and assembly. They did nothing to correct their error.
