The exact expectations of a Used Car Salesman

Please read this before visiting xNation used cars.

My Father suffered from late stage stomach cancer which required massive doses of chemotherapy which would have killed most people, and the removal of his stomach. He is now elderly, disabled, has no taxable income, but is alive and given the chance to live out the rest of his life. The cocktail of chemotheray drugs has left him somewhat brain addled and easily convinced that he is always getting a "deal". Then xNation showed up. There was nothing to stop Steve Galarza and the xNation team from allowing my father to surrender his original truck, obtain a new one with NO INCOME VERIFICATION, and saddle himself with a massive monthly truck payment which he could not afford because HE HAS NO TAXABLE INCOME.

When my Mother went back to the dealership to try to undo the mess, Steve belittled my Mother by saying that it "Sounds like a family issue" and would not take back the truck or do anything to help. My parents left the truck there for it to be reposessed, destroying their credit for the foreseeable rest of their lives. They will never be able to buy a home or a vehicle every again. But Steve Galarza got his sale right?

Being an upstanding San Antonian, Steve at xNation wasn't done making an impact on my parents. Steve Galarza then the next day took the truck to my parents HOME, locked the keys inside of the vehicle and left it there, further tormenting them to the extent that my father had no idea what to do or what was going on.

To put it simply, these guys will sell you a car no matter what. No verification, no income, you can barely be competent, but once you sign the paper these true USED CAR SALESMEN will take what they can get. I encourage anyone to go farther than yelp when doing research to buy a car. Look up the dealers on Linkedin and other social media, if they cannot hold jobs at real car dealerships, then that should tell you a lot about the caliber of people that you are dealing with. These are not the kind of people San Antonio admires, and certainly not the kind of people Texans want to do business with.
