I just started their weight loss program, i was able to use my insurance for part of the cost mainly the exam and labs, not the meds. Although the phentermine is very affordable it even gets delivered to my house by the pharmacy they use. I am also doing the fat burner shots.

the doctor and staff where very nice. I got my appointment pretty fast. they wher able to see me the next day.

I was a little apprehensive at first since this doctor is relatively new and I could not find any reviews.

But once I arrived i was very impressed by the staff, they are very friendly and greeted me with a smile as soon as i walked in the door. the check -in process was very fast since i had already completed my forms ahead of time (they are posted on their web site) and they had already verified my insurance before i arrived.

the medical assistant was very professional, she was very thorough and made feel at ease.

the exam rooms are very unique and comfortable, the doctor has decorated it like a home, she has curtains on the windows and comfortable slipper chairs, it is nothing like those typical sterile exam rooms.

I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor, she was in the room in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Castoreno seems very knowledgeable and was thorough, she explained what she thought my problem may be due to and answered all my questions.

also I was able to get my labs done there, which was very convenient.

this place was great.
