On July 12, 2019 I scheduled a Technician from Will Fix It to hook up my sink in my newly Remodeled Kitchen. It was in a cabinet that had drawers which poses a challenge. The sink fit in perfectly, but getting the plumbing in without having to cut a drawer was something my wife was worried about. Will Fix It sent out Allan Petty to do the job, and he scratched his head a little, and talked to his boss a little about how to complete the work without cutting on the cabinet. He proposed a solution to his boss that he came up with to complete the work without breaking code. His idea worked and he hooked up the sink with some effort but when he was finished, the drawers worked perfectly and so did the drain and water supply lines. Plumbers that take initiative like Allen are appreciated by customers like my wife who did not want her pretty sink cabinet drawers cut on. He said he had never installed in a cabinet like this one, but his excellent idea and his dedication saved the day, as my wife would have been really upset if things had not gone the way they did. The sink works great and I would like to say that Allen is very professional and knows how to do the job. I have been using Will Fix It for several years now, and Allen Petty is a good reason to keep on using them for many more to come. Thanks Will Fix It for hiring Techs like Allen.

Terrible service, no integrity!!! Called them on a Friday at 4 PM with an AC problem. Was told by Abigail that a tech would be at my home between 5-7 PM. Called again at 6:30 PM to verify someone was coming. Was told they were running behind but that a tech would call when on his way. Called again at 10:30 PM and was given the same song and dance story. No one ever called, no one ever showed up. How this company garners an A+ BBB rating is a mystery. Go elsewhere for competent honest service.

Just called Will Fix it to get a 3' piece of pipe cut to 18" and threaded. They can't fix it!! Referred me to Home Depot who can't cut that length of pipe in their machine. They said sorry...can't help!

I called Will Fix It at around 1 pm and the extremely helpful woman helped by asking what the issue was with our a/c. She said they would have a technician out between 2 and 5, calling 1/2 hr before he arrived. I could not believe it was going to be same day service let alone within an hour or so! Sure enough, at 3 pm, I received a call that a repairman would be there by 3:30. Mario arrived and within minutes had the problem diagnosed. He was very courteous and thorough and although we decided upon a different solution, I was very impressed with Will Fix It overall. He also was great to our kids and presented all of them with a coloring book and crayons. I definitely recommend him for any a/c needs.

His professional way was refreshing as he ask the right questions. I went with Will Fix It and even signed a year contract for them to come out to check HVAC and plumbing each year. This is the second time I have called "Will Fix It" for plumbing emergencies. Both times they came very quickly - which I needed. Both times they replaced items On this occasion, the technician, Dean Covey, had everything on his truck and was able to complete he project very quickly. He provided good service, prompt service, communicating when they are on the way and good communication with me about the problem. It could not get any better.

Daryl was on time, professional and efficient. My A/C was blowing hot air and he fould the problem right away. While I qualified for a 10% senior discount but told me they had a $50 on line discount in effect and it would be more than my senior discount. He also showed me the parts manual that showed he was charging the correct price. There was no fee for the service call or labor. This was totally opposite to the service I received the last time I had my A/C repaired. Will Fix It. will get all my future business and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I am very grateful and satisfied with the services provided by Will Fix from the moment I picked up the phone to call. The technician Dillon did a fantastic job with checking out and completing the maintenance and repairs needed on my AC (interior/exterior). He also was extremely helpful and demonstrated to have an excellent knowledge while explaining about all matters affecting the ac performance, how to maintain it and the company's benefits of services and pricing to their customers. This was a "2nd Opinion" and the technician was very open and honest about our AC and the problem we were having. He tested everything first prior to jumping to conclusions and made sure he wasn't trying to upsell us with a whole bunch of stuff that was not necessary. We recommend Will Fix It and will use them again if we have any other AC or plumbing issues.

Shaun did a Home Depot arranged home assessment on water heaters for us. He laid out all the options available including cost for materials and labor in a clear and concise manner, while answering the numerous questions we had. His expertise was evident from the start. There was no pressure to select any of the options. He spent the better part of 4 hours with us.
