Provided by YP.comMy husband and I are in our option period, calling several companies for a survey as well as obtaining an elevation certificate.
Both gentlemen that I spoke to were very respectful as well as professional during our conversation. They also were full disclosure advising the elevations could be done the next day but we would then need to submit the information. This information would return beyond our option period and more than likely the closing date of the home. Additional suggestions were provided for options to obtain the information needed.
This was the only company to share their expertise and knowledge about this process.
I rarely provide reviews as I have high expectations. Hands down, this company impressed me! Many thanks to the Westar professionals!
