A company that DOES NOT support the products they sell.
Vision Design and Build was referred by my builder. The owner of the company came out to my house, which is in rural Bandera County, and sold me a full house filtration system, along with a Scaleblaster. He was so accommodating that he made a second trip to my house to sell me a second Scaleblaster. Total investment, more than $4,000. Fast forward 4 years and a leaking valve on one of the units, it requires 2 days of calling and finally get a response of "the guy who services the units says that you're just too far out of town. I'm sorry we can't help you". It's funny how it wasn't too far to drive when there was a large profit in the picture.

Do not use this guy, He does very cheap work, has no contact with his subs and his job supe never shows up unless he is collecting the check. His sub will lie to you and then to his boss. If you have a very small job and they are not too far away then call someone else. Can't even begin to tell you how many times these idiots have not held up to their end of the bargain. However they do have a very good written contract to protect themselves. Beware!!!!
